Very lovely place from the reception with Jocelyn and neky every time am coming here I feel like this is my home not only hotel the atmosphere great 😍😍😍

Fantastic staff, and good hotel with valuable price. The only thing that I don't like is the long way to be in the middle of Dubai

Awesome food and outstanding staff. 24 hours Retreat is to die for. It’s an awesome experience. Don’t miss it. It’s worth every penny.

I would also like to thank Hivani the Front Desk Receptionist for upgrading me to a suite on the Palm which helped me to escape from the noise on the other side of the hotel.
