Love the fact that they have laptop stations with comfortable padded seats... A welcome treat in this chilly night compared to those rigid COLD metal seats!
If you forgot to bring charger, battery, or memory card for your vacation... go to hi-factor. Just ask any public transport and they know where it is. Or just take the free imee bus and ride a trike.
Single airlinelounge. Wifi available. Not so many choices for dining. Available to cater guests with connecting flights to and from Manila as this is the hub of Philippine Airlines via endorsement.
Terminal 2 opened in 1998 during the centennial year of Philippine independence. Originally intended for domestic use, the terminal was later modified to accommodate international flights.
On your way out of the baggage claim area. Head to the concierge desk in front of you for a free Globe SIM card for your cellphone or smartphone! :D (you have to load it up on your own tho)
Very little food choices here. Be prepared for long queues for food or drink at mealtimes. If needed, best bet are hot dogs at the deli corner near gate 7. Also, no priority pass lounge.
Breezy check-in and immigration process. The airport, though, looks & feels like a domestic-terminal. It doesn't match the world-class vibe one gets when stepping into a Philippine Airlines aircraft.
When built, was supposed to be a domestic terminal only. That’s why it is so did dysfunctional as a Domestic/International Terminal. It’s actually more akin to a cheapbus station.
NAIA Terminal 2, has limited shops to choose from. Check in at least 2-3 hours before the flight, as sometimes the queue is very long. Don’t want to get left behind by your flight.
If you want to charge your phone or laptop, there's a hidden socket at the lower portion of the terminal 2 map just in front of the coffee shop found in the waiting area of the arrival section. :)
Travelers of US flights go thru luggage inspection near the check in counters. As in you have to open your luggages so they can swipe it with this chemical which I guess checks for flammable items.
For the international departure first timers, as soon as you go inside; find out the counter for your flight and check-in. Then pay the travel tax and terminal fee. Then talk to Immigration.
Look for the PAL InAir sign on your plane. If your flight has one, enjoy free in-flight entertainment on your mobile device by connecting to the on-board hotspot!
Seats near gates N in Terminal 2 are always full and temperature pretty high. At the end of N gates take short passage to S gates - lots of places even if you want to sleep
Will be out of the clinic for a week... Actually all Orthopedic surgeons will be in Cebu for the annual convention... If you're sick, kindly consult a hilot for the meantime. ;)
They have virtually no screens with flight information except for the one in front of the X-ray machines but they make announcements that you can hardly hear. Listen carefully.
Christmas waves a magic wand over this world, and behold, everything is softer and more beautiful but you don't need Christmas in your hands when you have Christmas in your heart.
Check in online at www.philippineairlines.com and have your boarding pass emailed to your mobile. Flash your phone at the entrance for that paperless, hassle-free check in!
Always crowded, long way to reach at gate...this is queue at immigration. U had better come to this terminal earlier especially on the weekend. At least u need 1.5 to reach at gate:
Bring extra packing tape in case your Balikbayan box is over and you'll have to re-pack & re-tape it! They are now very strict in following the 50Lb checked-in limit!
If youre headed for laoag and you forgot your cellphone charger or camera battery... just go to hi-factor cellphones and gadgets. They have all the phones, accessories, & gadgets that you need.
If by any chance your PAL flight gets overbooked and you are not in a hurry, give up your seat and fly the next flight. PAL rewards volunteers w/free round trip tickets to any domestic destination.
Airport solely for PAL flights. It gets peacefullate night - early morning. No hassle, lesser lines and waiting times. Wifi is available which is good.
One of the saddest looking airports I've been to. But they do have charging stations and free wifi so that's a plus. Don't expect any good food spots before your flight
i miss old PAL crews, they're nicer than the new ones! Make sure that your credit card used online booking ready to avoid delays or else you're be on hold!

Terminal 2 is the home of Philippine Airlines and is used for both its domestic and international flights. It has the most flights out of all the NAIA terminals. This terminal is used by Philippine Ai
Last time i was here there was some renovation going on... But anyways you can chill and rest while waiting for you next flight there is also a laptop station if u want to use ur laptop...
As with any Manila Airport (Terminal 1 to 3) you need to go to the second level (departures) to get the regular white taxis. It's very easy for Terminal - turn right for the escalator.
Please be reminded that we only allowed 23kg. on your check-in baggage for regional flights and 7kg. for your hand-carry on. On behalf of Philippine Airlines, thank you for flying with us....
After passing through security, head upstairs to the Club Manila business classlounge. For 650php you can get inside even when you fly economy. Free food, bar, wifi, and sofas.
Bring your own baon if you have an evening domestic flight! Cafe France, Red Ribbon and the Kaya Toast are closed by 8pm. Instant noodles is 100 pesos.
Airport metered taxis can sometimes be cheaper than "coupon" taxis. Airport metered taxis are the yellow ones and can be found on the far right side of the airport. Upon your arrival, turn right from
This airport is very inhospitable if you bring any family or friends to see you off. We finally found a hidden canteen which we could sit in, though it was hot, food was expensive & not very good.
1.Free wifi 2.Charging stations 3.Smoking area 4.Food (Tinder Box - order cheese panini) 5.Slippers/slip-on shoes 6.Small pouch/bag for your phones 7.fill up your departure/arrival cards SAFE TRIP!
WiFi never works, data is spotty, Gates always change last minute. Can't wait for when they eventually revamp the airport. Maybe their ranking would go up to second last.
After being away for a while... and working really hard... show your success and Come visit us. Our Showroom is located just along airportroad. Yan ang sulit.
The airport looks nice & clean but it's confusing for OFWs. You have to go to separate counters for POEA & OWWA which is a bit far from each other plus the Visa Check counter for OFWs going to MidEast
Also known as the Centennial Terminal. Designed by Aeroports... de Paris to handle 9 million passengers annually, Terminal 2 features an arrowhead design focused on a six-storey central building called the Rotunda.(더 보기)
