What a fantastic gem in Eugene! The lobby is modern, warm, and welcoming. Check in staff is efficient and friendly. The property is an extensive reno gone very well! Rooms are clean and comfortable.

For the price you pay, you get a fantastic location. I believe the rooms have been updated as well, so it's definitely a bargain.

Great location. Great prices. Huge showers. Beautiful woodwork. The only place in Eugene i want to stay.

The rooms are clean, reasonably priced, and the location is nice. If you're hungry, walk down to 11th St, make a left and walk a block over to Cheba Hut (next to Dutch Bros).

Cheap, conveniently located, relatively clean. But the mattress is lumpy and uncomfortable, it's cold, the hot water is only warm, the sheets don't fit the bed and the tub has no stopper for baths.
