Espresso

Our 2%jazz espresso blend is made to cover your palette. Certainly not one dimensional, our espresso is very complex. It has just the right balance of sweet & bitter on its own & gets light caramel notes when mixed w/ milk. The components of the blend are variable due to the ever changing favors of the coffee. The blend sticks within 10% of a flavor profile while using the freshest available beans. 2%jazz espresso is very forgiving & is wonderful in traditional espresso preparation & any other brewing technique.

Decaf

Can’t sleep? Got the shakes? Love the taste of coffee? Then switch to 2%jazz decaf blend. The same attention & care goes into all of our coffees including decaf. A coffee lover should never be punished because of a caffeine sensitivity. On the contrary, without the buzz, taste is the only reason to drink coffee so it better be good!

Single Origin

2%jazz’s green bean buyers are dedicated to the betterment of the farmers & the improvement of their crops. Building strong relationships w/ the farmers is one way of ensuring the quality of the cup & improving the socioeconomic environment of the growers & processors. Our coffee comes in seasonally & in small batches. This allows a greater variety & choice for coffee drinkers like you. There are so many unique flavors to be discovered in the world of coffee that our rotation will allow you to experience the full spectrum.

Roasting

Science & art make coffee roasting a craft. Like most craft there is a romance that surrounds it. Pulling smokey samples & smelling them, the sounds of crackling beans & the mesmerizing swirling of the coffee in the cooling bin are a few of the delights of roasting. 2%jazz roasts fresh everyday 10 pounds at a time. Roasting in such small batches allows for optimal control & creativity.
