All of our kids loved this. Legos everywhere and a track to race them on. Kind of a Lego Pinewood Derby combo. May find more dads than kids building and testing than kids. :-)

Great low-key park for families with kids 9 and younger. Sea World = too expensive. San Diego Zoo is great but requires a lot of schlepping.
This was so much fun. Great walk through and opportunity to talk to kids about history and geography...hey everything is Lego and that is cool. Vegas is a must check out.

Fun and like Goofy coaster in California land. Line is long & you wait in the sun. Take the opportunity to lotion everyone up. No Bags or cameras allowed but they have a place to store them.
Hold on to your hat for first big drop. Better yet: leave it in a cubbie just before you board.
Try starting at the back of the park and work your way to the entrance - the lines are usually shorter!
Pack a lunch. They don't check bags. Food prices and lines to eat are atrocious.
If you buy at the gate it's $89 for only one day, but buy in advance online and it's $89 for a 5-day pass!!!
Make your gift shop purchases early in the day. The store can even hold your items for you. It gets real crazy from 3:00 on.
