Always ask the desk about your flight status before heading to gate - departures board not accurate. Have extra coffee instead of waiting at gate!

It's nice but there's no Gold Circle/Executive feeling to it. More than anything dead quiet. But, really conveniently located for UK short-hops!
reggie numan5월 19, 2012Great, except when full of Fat Irish businessmen in Leinster Bank of Ireland shirts going to Twickenham for the Heino Cup on a Sat morn if you are trying to work.- Tasteless Dutch cheese is such a missed opportunity. There are so many good Irish cheeses they could be showcasing
- they're doing mini sandwiches. getting much better than recent years. The shower room is also a nice touch, pity I'll never get to try it out...!
For a double espresso, double-tap the espresso button. Saves you a couple of valuable seconds in the morning. :-)
Pros Newish. Well laid out. Shower facilities. Fast Wifi Con’s Food and beverage selection terrible and not representative of the country. Toilets too small.

Ask for a window seat. If they have one available they will reprint your boarding pass.
When going for food, put any newspaper you have back in the bag as some people think a paper at a table - my bag was there - is theirs to take :-((

Leo McBride7월 11, 2022Customer Service is an absolute disgrace. Used to Fly Aerlingus all the time, think it’s time to try BA- The soup is decent but the selection of food had deteriorated. Some sandwiches would be nice

- The new Gold Circle lounge has opened and it's fab !! Even has a waterfall !!!
