This restaurant have one of the best hookah you can taste in all Bucharest. The place is a little expensive, but the hookah totally worth every penny. Will have a Turkish aspect as the local specific.
Nice and cozzy oriental Coffe local. The hookah is kinda expensive for the quality of the tabboco and the fact you won't get any extra coals. Non-stop, and large and private rooms definitely is a ++
A rather small coffe that have only 4 tables inside. The personal is friendly and this makes the atmosphere really really warm. Hookah is decent and prices are very good for the quality you will get.
Worst hookah I ever tastes in the whole Villancrosse Passage. The prices are the same as all the small pubs and coffee shop around, but definitely I won't recommend the hookah.
Narghileaua este decenta, nici prost facuta, dar nici foarte buna. Mansarda e ciudata, loc foarte putin si muzica foarte tare. Servirea a lasat de dorit in conditiile in care eram singura masa ramasa.
Nice, large and peaceful cafe, located near Cismigiu park. On summer time you got a really nice terace outside where you can smoke a good hookah and serve a fantastic homemade ice tea.
