Need multiple visits to taste their excellent selection....must try - Fried rice with shrimp, fried rice with pork chops, pork and shrimp dumplings, pork and shrimp shao- mai....avoid desserts
Tasty (but expensive)....try pepper crab as a starter and chilli crab with rice !
Plane to cab in less than 30 minutes....that's Changi airport for you.....they are consistently good!
The only authentic South Indian restaurant in Germany....try Poori, Dosas and the South Indian Thali....and of course Filter coffee !! For the real thing, visit Adayar Ananda Bhavan in Bangalore :)

Overall a very nice hotel - clean, well appointed rooms, friendly staff and very close to metro and bus stops....
