Oh where to begin? Well, we like to start w/ the very best ingredients we can find like Callebaut cocoa, pure Madagascar Bourbon vanilla bean paste, sweet cream butter & fresh fruits.

We like cage free eggs, natural pecans from a farm down in the Rio Grande Valley, & Imperial Sugar from Sugar Land, Texas. Local is good.

Of course choosing can be a challenge, which is why we let you try up to four different flavors per dozen when you buy online. From the purity of intensely dense Chocolate to the happy mouth explosion that is Italian Crème, there is a flavor match for everyone.

Vanilla Bean

Pure Madagascar Bourbon vanilla bean paste, sweet cream butter, pure almond extract, vanilla buttercream

Dark Chocolate Orange

Sao Thomé single origin 70% dark chocolate, Valrhona cocoa, espresso, orange zest oil, Belgian chocolate buttercream

Salted Caramel

Pure caramel extract, golden fleur de sel vanilla bean caramel, sea salt, salted caramel buttercream, coarse finishing sugar

Italian Crème

Finely shredded coconut, diced Rio Grande pecans, coconut extract, mascarpone cream cheese buttercream, Rio Grande pecan half

Chocolate Mint

Callebaut cocoa, pure mint extract, diced Andes® mints, Belgian chocolate buttercream

Carrot Cake

Coarse-grated western carrots, diced English walnuts, chopped Montmorency cherries, mascarpone cream cheese buttercream
