My long time favorite along the gentlemen's Quans along Ung Van Khiem Street. Food and staff are consistently good. A bit quieter, which I prefer. Recently razed and rebuilt anew.

It's in the front yard of the Thu Duc Library. An interesting and quiet spot, great for evening coffee. Pho was great. Clean and orderly +.
