Lovely food and great service, but ask for your bill to come without the 10% service charge, it is optional. I refuse to pay extra for service, so just knock it off.

Andy George5월 16, 2013Terrible service twice now! Always comes down to inaccurate bills too. Today, to top it off, I'm told I can't use the 2-4-1 breakfast offer to cover the extra sausage and bacon they wrongly added!

The Burger is fantastic, and the staff is really on the ball ... and lots of eye-candy around

A very kind waiter warned me about the £15 gin and tonic. Beware! Order two pornstar martinis instead.
Balans gives me one more thing to look forward to for the fall: Duck confit with parsnip mash is back!

Great 2:1 special on Mains and Desserts Jan-Mar 2012. Mon- Tues noon-midnight
Staff were dismissive and unhelpful, as we left we passed three members of staff and none said goodbye or made any attempt to make you want to return!
