Did you know that a book you're looking for that is out in the adult section could be available in the teen section? Same is true for DVD's.
Watch your account. In the past year, checked out items that were returned are listed as "out" on my account. That can get costly. You need to go to shelf and find it & show staff.- They have a good selection of videos & CDs. Sit outside & use the wifi on a nice day (if you're a cardholder in good standing).
- As you walk by all the rows of computers - count how many patrons are viewing porn. Yes, it's against the rules.
- ANOTHER movie "New Moon" is on account and lists it overdue but found it on shelf -- again! Check your account!
