    Micro classes are intense toning workouts, Bounce classes are done on trampolines, hybrid classes are part toning and part cardio. Range from medium to very difficult - you're sure to break a sweat.

    What's AMAZING here is Yin Yue's classes!!!! If you want an amazing workout that will make changes to your body immediately --- then take Yin's class. She's a professionally trained dancer!!

    Facilities are very nice but I'm not a big fan of their classes. Exercises are not explained very well & the space can be too cramped for the amount of people they try to squeeze into one class.

    Tell them you want BOUNCE at 7am. Right now only offered at 8am. So fun and great way to start your day! Who is angry after bouncing for an hour?

    Good workout but not particularly beginner friendly or geared towards the uncoordinated (yes I have two left feet).

    Love Bari everything - bounce is my favorite. The food is so delish and healthy! Must try not so fried rice and the noodles!
