Wow! Foie gras- amazing! Shrimp ceviche and tuna tartare are to die for. Service is awesome.

Go for one of the four wines *on tap* or have the 2004 Dry River Syrah from NZ for $88/bottle. That cost about 2x as much retail when it came out.

Make sure you have a reservation, even on a random weeknight. Not a fan of burger joints that need a reservation to get into.
