We've been staying here every summer for 12 years for 7 days at a time, we love the location and the cost!

Great" retro" establishment...efficiencies are clean and comfortable. Great view of ocean. Hotel is good stop for appetizers@ happy hour.
Bring your own Widow the hotels is slower then dial up! Other then that its very mice and charming
