Tap room & bottle shop offering well selected craft beer including 47 rotating taps. Hang out on the front patio, and order some vegan soul food next door to enjoy with your brews.
45 taps, mainly west coast micro brews. Don't expect the same thing twice! Beat the after work crowds and come before 5 or 6 (or Sundays when they do a BBQ). They also have a great bottle collection
Beer Rev is a great spot. Friendly hosts, quality beer, and no pretension. Reminds me of Hamilton's in San Diego. Grab food from Souley Vegan (next door) and stay a while.
The undisputed Best Beer Bar in Oakland, this place has everything you could want. The porch is perfect for day drinking (and night drinking too).

Just making a quick stop, thought a pale ale sounded nice. Then I saw the Scarface Imp Stout on cask with coffee/cocoa. My fate was sealed. Surprises every time I come here. Heh

- The small, local kegs make sure that the selection is constantly changing. Keep an eye on the list and you might see it change a couple times while you are in line.
- Friendly, knowledgeable, accommodating bartenders. Regardless of how busy it is, they give tastes, answer questions, and still keep the line moving.

Get a glass or bottle of rare and local beers. I recommend Ballast Point's Victory at Sea double porter beer, brewed with coffee and vanilla.

the Beer Revolution will not be Twitter-vised. Whiners and haters of dogs will not be missed. Just order and enjoy a relax with the widest selection of ales, barleywines etc or stay home.
Best beer selection in the area. Pick up some food from one of the restaurants nearby and eat and drink in the outdoor patio.

- Place get's pretty crazy now at night, but going on a Sunday afternoon for the BBQ is a great way to avoid the crowds.

Order dogs and fries from O My Dawg and enjoy on the patio on a sunny day. Only location O My Dawg delivers so take advantage of a cold beer and delicious food!
honestly, their tap selection is never very interesting, so don't be afraid to delve into their bottle collection. lots of gems to be had.
