Joanie O.2월 1, 2013They have a great Lillly Pulitzer section. If you're going to Phipps for the Lilly store, come to Belk before you buy. Most times, it is cheaper at Belk!
Madelyn5월 5, 2016AVOID PHIPPS PLAZA BELK.The staff are abysmal. You can never find a cashier, and if you ask someone for help, most of the time you get misinformation. They don't know how their own store works.

The worker didn't even apologize.
