Great ice cream ... the best soft ice in the region and the best I ever had!
Is now continuing under the name “De Ouwe Blauwe”. Beautifully renovated and great new owners.
The unique interior could very well be a museum. Walk through the private collection of memorabilia, old machinery, utensils etc etc. Cozy seating areas a nice bar and nothing tells you it’s a hotel.
Great cheese, great demonstrations and a very friendly and welcoming reception.
A must visit monastery ... beautiful site and well presented past of one of the most influential women in medieval Europe.
