- Looking for a time to workout that the facility is less busy? Come in weekdays between 8-10am. It is pretty quiet then and our staff is usually around to help answer any questions you may have!
- Stop in and say hello to the Wellness Coordinator and Wellness Intern...they are awesome!!
- Don't go over 140 rpms on the bikes. It just pisses you off when they readjust
