The classes are great and the trainers really push you while adjusting the workouts as needed if you have an injury. One of my favorites on ClassPass
Christina C.1월 15, 2013Joanna is awesome. She's friendly & motivating. We did 3 different 10 minute amrap & sweated or butts off. Kelvin, the owner, was very welcoming too. And they give you free coconut water at the end!
Body Space is my favorite place to work out. The trainers really know how to motivate you and push you to maximize your workout. Their social media pages are great because they provide additional tips
Great space for workout & fun classes as well as inbody measurements
Fran is the best. Knows exactly when to push and how to encourage you past your mentally set limits.
Amazing independent gym with world class trainers. Tony tha gawd!
Metabolic Burn is a killer! 60 straight minutes of hard work. Expect to use ropes, kettle bells, TRX and sleds.
