This store has a genius bar that holds appoinment to have your iPhone, iPod, Mac or iPad looked at/repaired. They do all the repairs instore and will swap out iPods/iPhones if in warranty & no damage

It's tiny and gets busy here, try shopping late around 7pm to avoid the crowds. Oh and iOS > Android :)
They do free training sessions here for newcomers to Mac, regardless of where you bought from; book online
If you have a receipt and/or part number, Apple often do free replacements for accessories etc.
Iphone, Ipad, Macs (musicians bibs for drooling needed) need I say more? Go after 5pm...less kids more space to browse and play.
While you're playing with a display model iPhone or iPod plug in your own to the stand for a bit of free charge while no-one is looking.
Have a play, talk to the guys who work here. Avoid weekends if you can though as it does get busy

If you need genius bar help, try and get served by Mo. Asian guy, about 5'8, shaved head, occasionally bearded. The man is a true genius.
If you have the known 'unresponsive touch' issue with an iPhone 3G, and if it's out of warranty... Don't bother going here for help because you won't get any. It will cost a min of £140 to replace.
If your iThingy is broken, make sure you have a genius appointment otherwise you could be waiting a while (or may have to come back another day)!
