- Nice hotel w/views of the Charles river. Connects directly to the prudential mall (PRU) which connects to Hynes convention center - very convenient. a bit pricey and slow elevators but good overall좋아요 - Oct 13
- Deskplore12월 23, 2013"Good for Work/Study" - 5 Stars, "Food & Service" - 3 Stars. The Connection Room is spacious lobby with Free WIFI and plenty of electric plugs available. There is a Starbucks right next to this lobby.
- Don Kelley1월 19, 2018Park in the Copley Place garage. Direct entrance to the mall and hotel. Easy access to and from the Pike. Note: the Marriott has high tech elevators. You have to choose your floor before getting on.
- Alex Ries7월 21, 2017Really nice hotel, and comes with the amenities you'd expect for a hotel this size. I find Marriott personal to be a little less personable than some other brands. Lounge is pretty good, not open 24/7좋아요 - 1주 전
- Skip the Starbucks and head over to Blue Bottle across the skywalk at Copley Place
- This is a prime location for many reasons. Copley, Northeastern Univ., MFA, Kenmore, all easy access by walking or the T. Their own parking garage is now self park with in and out privileges.
- Gerald Rhead4월 9, 2013Great hotel and great location to some of Boston's best shopping (you don't even need to go outside). WiFi only free in common areas.
- DHR.com3월 11, 2013The hotel has a wonderful location in Boston. It's very convenient for business meetings and such events.
- Ryan Tamares5월 19, 2019Comfy, but unexpectedly not-so-large riverview rooms. The HVAC sounds a bit like an airplane taking off, so that might disturb some. Conveniently connected to shopping malls
- Mark Forscher12월 15, 2013Look for the fire exits on your floor. Someone pulled the fire alarm at 4am while we were here and trying to find the stairs at that time of night while you're hungover is not fun.
- Jeff Horton3월 15, 2015Massive convention size hotel with a really new innovative elevator concept, connected to endless shopping. Great views from the rooms
- Kat Moss6월 6, 2017Security is very good at helping people get where they need to be. Especially attentive towards the blind community.
- M F1월 17, 2014They're working on the slow lifts! Have to pay for wifi but we stayed for 7 nights and they waived the fee. Champions is also good to eat at. This hotel also connects to the Copley Plaza shops.
- I feel they didn’t acknowledge my Bonvoy status upon check in and I didn’t get the free bottled water I normally get, despite handing my Bonvoy card over with credit card.
- Kelly Chapman11월 20, 2011The in-hotel restaurant choices are pretty limited...a sports bar with pub food or a lounge thing with mostly appetizers. Plan on venturing into Copley Place to get a meal.
- Amanda Bower8월 11, 2013Plan on celebrating at least one birthday in an elevator bc you are gonna be there a while. Or try and get a room on a lower floor.
- Fenway Health8월 19, 2011The Boston Marriott Copley has great event staff and accommodating space. We're hosting the 2012 Men's Event and Women's Dinner party at the Marriott again after many happy years.
- CA N11월 7, 2011If planning an event, the Convention staff is wonderful and very accommodating. Also, for your Event Technology needs, PSAV is in-house and is the best at what they do!
- Walter Whitehurst8월 29, 2012Easy access to Hynes Convention Center thru Skywalk and mall, got great price thru Cheap Tickets, plane ticket from NC and 3 nights for 689
- Suki9월 20, 2020Good location in the middle of downtown. Just try to avoid the loony convention times. Too many furries and anime weirdos.
- Camila Rodrigues3월 31, 2018Dentro do Prudential shopping, fica fácil a mobilidade, quatis confortáveis e grandes. Bom!
- Staff here is amazing, friendly and happy. Concierge always has good tips for anything you might need.
- Amy1월 22, 2010Boston Marriott Copley: Easy Check-in. Easy Check-out. Awesome beds that you sink into and so many pillows you dont know what to do with. Huge, gigantic banquet halls. Downside, any noise past 10 on a
- Pros: great location and good gym. Cons: no free wifi and less "luxury" then, say the Intercontinental. But nice beds, location, and gym trump. I'd recommend.
- Nice rooms (pillow top & awesome pillows) great checkin but the rest of the staff that handled luggage and especially the people that brought us a crib were sub par. Priceline made it a good deal! :)
- Janine Kennedy12월 31, 2016So old and tired. It's like Marriott spent so long trying to buy up boutique properties that they forgot to take care of their core hotels.
- Great staff nice rooms killer view to the Charles river and back bay area. Also very close to the Fenway park!
- Storm C.4월 7, 2018The room was very nice and had a great view but there was too much through traffic in the lobby from the attached buildings for my taste.
- This hotel is like a bad beauty queen... nice to lookat but it doesn't make a lot of sense. Slow elevators too.
- They really need to gut renovate the entire place. The small updates over the years aren’t keeping up with the aging building.
- Jim Coffey1월 24, 2012Great Place to stay whether visiting Boston or just need a weekend getaway. They host many educational seminars.
- Suvayu Ray7월 15, 2014If you drive, use the public parking. The valet is nice if you need in out facility.
- Mike (That's All You Get)4월 1, 2017Got stuck in the elevator for an hour and a half. Terrible experience in brand new state of the art elevators. Manager gave me 40,000 points. There really didn't seem to be any urgency though.
- Super soft beds, almost like a hammock. If you're like me and prefer a firm mattress, look elsewhere.
- Jeff Murphy5월 3, 2014Elevators are extremely slow! Keep in mind if you're here for a conference or need one timely that it can take 10+ minutes for one to arrive going your direction.
- Angie Harmon1월 6, 2015They have tiered payment wireless internet just to try to squeeze a few more pennies out of you.
