Although the coffee is from Intelligentsia, the breakfast sandwich is to keep it local. Delicious!

Baristas are surprisingly ignorant about almost anything to do with coffee and tea. Could use better product training for sure.

Disappointing customer service. I was not-so-gently reminded to pack up before closing time, and the barista shut the lights off at 8:00 on the dot. Can I live?

The pour over was good, but we asked for a dry cappuccino and it was definitely not dry. If you like biscotti, it's worth it!
