The reaper has transformed throughout the history of farming & here we pay homage to the original hand held harvesting tool. just like farm tools evolve as the centuries pass, so do beers. there is no greater challenge than trying to modernize this century old trappist ale. we use local honey, NC 6-row malt, a dose of citra hops for bright aroma, & aging on French oak to create a flavor bomb that will please both the casual beer drinker & the wine aficionado. abv: 8.5%, og: 1.075, ibu: 36, color: golden

For the dutch equivalent of the sledge hammer, voorhamer’s large metal head can apply significantly more force than other hammers. Although this imperial stout is our biggest, boldest beer, it maintains a warm silky smooth balance. A blend of different roasted malts, oats, & cherrywood smoked barley are combined w/ molasses sugar & milk sugars throughout a long & healthy boil. Add to that more than 90 ibus fueled by nugget hops. While it’s great on its own, we often blend coffee & wood to add extra layers of complexity. ABV: 9.3%, og: 1.090, ibu: 91, color: black

Trappist golden ale brewed w/ local honey, citra hops & aged on French oak. 8.5% abv

Sharp & light in body but w/ a healthy hop flavor & refreshingly tart finish. Brewed w/ whole fruit kiwi, unmalted spelt & new zealand’s nelson sauvin, pacific jade & moteka hops. 7% ABV

A brown abbey ale brewed w/ 6-row pilsner malt, a plethora of Belgian dark crystal malts & traditional candy sugar to give it that much needed bubblegum snap.8% abv

Rich​ amber Belgian ale, w/ plum, clove & raisin flavors. 8% abv drink up!
