К11월 27, 2013Baked goods as well as tea selection is as wide as it is good. Decoration and raggedy couches not the best, but the owner is beyond sweet. The gelato is great! Seating is a bit tight, but there's extra toward the back.
Service can be a little slow, but the owner is really nice and apologetic. He gave us two free macaroons after our panini took a while to come out.
the hazel-eyed blonde female staff has an attitude she wont hesitate to throw at you and the mexican guy will apologetically try to make it up to you. other than that, panini and gelatos are good.

The gelato is scrumdiddlyumtious! Love the variety of flavors offered which change daily. Not to mention the large portioned baked goods for a decent price.
Give honest constructive feedback to the owner. He really wants the people of this area to feel as if its they are getting quality food and service.
Serena May4월 16, 2011I'm a bit thrown off by the neon-colored gelato but the hazelnut one is actually quite tasty. You pay for what you get though, so the single scoop is v small.

Stephanie5월 2, 2015Save yourself the trouble and never order from this awful place. Terrible, terrible customer service! Very rude employees who say "it's not their problem" and won't correct the issue.
