Grab a table (self seating), look at a menu, then go to the counter to order your meal. Tell them the table number and they bring your meal to you.

Ask the waiter about their favorite dish. I had a spicy pasta dish and my parents had their lasagna, yum!!

They ask that you don't tip. I did anyway. It just seemed weird not to, even though you order up front.
