    Excellent spot to visit amazing pastries cheesecake is out of this world lobster tail pastry tastes great come on a weekday line is big service slow needs to b expedited faster. Overall 2 thumbs up!

    Very small bakery and it gets crowded. The cappuccino was great and so was moms favorite and the pecan snowballs. Traveled from Los Angeles!! Worth the trip!!

    Bought a Chocolate fudge b’day cake. Though it is costliar than other bakeries, its worth of money as taste is unique. Also they give gifts (printed carlos logo) if ur order crosses some certain amt

    Si vinieron por la tele (cómo yo) dense una lobster tail, nada empalagosa crujiente y súper rica. Lo demás está dulce dulce como la chingada.

    GET THERE EARLY! Also they have classes that you can sign up for and decorate a cake! I did it for my Son's birthday and he LOVED it. The Carlos Staff is super nice and wonderful.

    As seen on the food network this bakery specializes in cakes. I loved the crumb cake and the mini red velvet cake. We also tried assorted cookies and Nutella linzer tart.

    Place was very nice (especially) the new renovation that opened the kitchen so customers can see it. I ordered my food a few days before so there was no wait.

    They make the craftiest face cakes, PERIOD. I had two done for my partner's 40th & 50th birthdays &!one for my mother's 80th. They looked great and tasted better. Heavy workouts @ the gym r required.

    Absolutely stellar bakery that makes stunning cakes. Not much seating, so best to get your dessert to go, unless you get lucky enough to get a seat.

    Love their cakes for a small group. A little pricey but worth it. Good selection. Great cannolis and biscotti. Lobster tails are the best here!

    About 2 hrs wait. Security guys quite friendly, courteous. Line continues on the next block. We are told lines are always busy, but shorter at the other 2 locations (one in NYC)

    Went when it was calm, and it was so clean and big! Cannoli was just as promised, large and delicious. Can't wait to try other pastries.

    Tried the lobster tail, red velvet cupcake, famous coffee cake -- all disappointing. Had the pignoli cookies and they were great. Overall, overhyped. Go only if there is not a massive line.

    LOBSTER TAIL! Can't get enough of it. There's rarely a line here unless it's summer, then good luck! It seems there are tour buses coming in just for this place. I'll probably still wait.

    Bring a cooler to keep your desserts cool until you get home along with some large zipe loc bags. You can transfer everything into those to keep them dry and to fit better.

    Cute shop and admirable family business, but it's a bakery not a flu shot clinic. I stood in line f/ 40mins to get inside and waited another 30mins to order. Worth stopping by, not worth waiting 1hr+.

    You must have a cannoli or lobster tail they have the best I've had in the US! Look out for their new NYC Times Sq bakery in January

    Cannoli! Pleasantly surprised with Carlo's! Not sure if it would live up to the hype from the TV series but it did. Very glad we came!

    As decorações são lindas. Doces deliciosos. Porém já os cupcakes, esperávamos um pouco mais, como os saborosos da Magnolia bakery no Rockeffeller, que conhecemos nessa viagem também.

    Forget the cannolis and get a cream puff! They were so good. Lobster tails, cannolis, and crumb cake were pretty decent.

    The cakes and pastries are some of the best in NJ. The only crazy thing is the lines and their new higher prices

    If you hold a Hoboken license, you can bypass the line. If you're not local, get here first thing in the morning, and you usually don't have to wait. Otherwise... it may be upwards of 2 hours or so.

    Be prepared to wait, WORTH IT! Lobster Tails are everything! Jelly-filled round sugar cookies are amazing!

    Got there at 645am on a rainy sunday morning, waited just about half hour, once inside waited 45 mins to order, lobster tails AMAZING! Go early :)

    The pastry of cream puffs were crispy on the outside and amazingly soft on the inside. Custard cream was meh. Cannolies had a somewhat of a cinnamon taste to it but were also nothing special.

    Expect to wait in line for hours even if you get there early. The line wraps out the door, down the block, and down the block across the street. Pastries are good, and Buddy is nice, but let's be real

    I had to visit Carlo's at least once. We bought 2 cannolis, which were eh...and also a small fruit tart which was blah....my own fruit tarts taste better. At least it's off my to do list!

    Like others said, try the cannolis and lobster tails. Also was lucky enough to have one of their wedding cakes a couple months ago. It was incredible!

    Absolutely delicious cannolis and lobster tails - which are flakey, creme-filled croissants shaped like a lobster tail and topped with a smidgen of powdered sugar.

    No line, try getting here between 9 - 10 am. Twas our first visit, we absolutely loved it and we're def goin back even with the 1 hour commute all the way from Queens, NY!!
