Carolyn Chadwick: had a big issue inside the store... asked a rep a question and her response was... I'm not on the clock and pointed me to another person who wasn't on the clock either, but at least he helped me.
Carolyn Chadwick: I took my BRAND NEW TOYOTA TUNDRA to this shop for it's 2nd wash.THEY SCRATCHED IT!The rep looked at me crazy as if I wasn't supposed to see it. Thankfully, the dealer fixed it.I WILL NEVER GO BACK!!!
