Get the pacha quesadilla! I'm not vegetarian, but if I were, I feel like the pacha maybe be one of those dishes that would convert me. Chacho's has a friendly staff and a great age varried crowd!

Try the chachos super nachos !! Is awesome!! And the chavelas too!! Omar is a great bartender and person and George did a great job on the new place! Love it

Established in 1994, we are currently located in downtown San Jose. Chacho's continues to feature authentic and traditional Mexican dishes, many of which have come from family recipes.

Enchiladas Suizas are quite tasty! (Ask for whole beans instead of refried, if you’re so inclined…) Decent margaritas, too.

Taco Tuesdays are crowded, so expect to spend some time there. Definitely try the Super Fish taco.

Try the margarita swirls, chavelas, and on tap beers if your there during happy hour(m-f 3pm-7pm). Also appetizers are half off!

Try the Henchata, it's an horchata (rice & cinnamon) and Hennessy. I'm not a fan of Henny but this drink is delish!!

Super yummy food (super nachos are huge!), but the music is way too loud. I wish the jukebox had an option to pay for ten minutes of no music.

Happy hour is 3 to 6 Monday through Friday half off appetizers and on Tuesday tacos are a dollar

The night we came it was really short staffed. There was one waiter for the whole place and instead of helping out the hostess just shuffled menus back and forth.

Only taco tue is okay. Bad ass customer service. If your waiter isn't available, then no one else will serve your table. Hella lame. But taco was okay..I've had better tacos else where.

Food is decent but be prepared for likely the worst, slowest service of your dining life. Staff are nice, but need proper training and more hands, especially on busy nights. Disappointing.
