Cobb Salad: You haven't had a Cobb until you've had it at Brew. Most salads are 80% leaf and 20% goodies. Not here. The Cobb is packed with eggs, cheese, ham, veggies, the kitchen sink! Must try.
TC's Favorite: Dried cherries, walnuts, gorgonzola cheese and orange-ginger vinaigrette, also can add chicken. It's Traverse City - have a salad with cherries in it!
Warm Mediterranean: Marinated & sautéed London broil w artichokes, black olives & fresh bell peppers in balsamic herbed vinaigrette over romaine greens topped with feta cheese. Best steak salad in TC.
