Simply one of the best health clubs in Denver! Awesome classes, irresistible amenities. Try them!
Train with Adam Holt. He is an amazing guide for fitness, diet and a healthy lifestyle. He will personalize a routine for your needs.- OMG, gotta train with Coach Tim at Cherry Creek...you can also try one of his body sculpt classes...WOW, what a workout.!!!
If it says "no shaving in the steam room" then someone must have done that at least once.
If you want a seriously hard workout, take Lisa's spin class at noon.
Ask Tim Calhoun for the trophy pose bonus round workout - not to be missed
