The service is ok, kitchen staff isn't the brightest or best!!! My appetizer came with my meal!!! Grrrrrrr
Michelle3월 2, 2012Nothing is good at chilis anymore. That place used to be so good, but quality is hard to come by these days.
Sometimes it takes forever to get your food. A few months ago it took over an hour.
