All the cocktails are excellent. We also sampled at least half the menu. Pork belly, pumpkin salad (surprisingly), pork shoulder, burrata crostino were standouts.
Fridays at lunch are really busy. You should come on a different day so I can come on Fridays. :)
The steak tartare is one of the best you'll have. Fantastic steaks, even better cocktails. Probably the best spot in Burlington right now, by a wide margin. Feels like it belongs in the city.
