A free viewpoint on 45th floor but only through glass windows. Good thing though that it's open very late (to 23.00). I heard that on a clear day you can see all the way to Mount Fuji.
Located underneath the elevated JR railway tracks south of JR Nakaokachimachi station, this "artisan mall" is worth a quick detour if only for its unique use of an otherwise dead space. 자세히 보기
