Joe is awesome! Actually all trainers are pretty awesome but Joe literally gets me grasping for air. Lol I love this place. Friendly staff and no pretentious gimmicks.

joe dimare9월 8, 2014Your first class is FREE! You will need gloves and sneakers. Gloves can be purchased for $20. at the gym if you don’t had a pair.
Alex and Joe will kick your butt. Weekends are great here. After work is great here to release all the stress. Do it!- After being here a few more times, i'd like to add andrew and alex definitely on my fave lists with joe. But regardless, it's great workout!
The trainers are really good and they keep changing the routine so it's not boring at all.
