LeAnn, you are correct, this company does not care about customers, I guess they do if you are buying a new car. But if you call the service department or parts, they give you the phone tag option

And that option is to make you jump from one person to 3 others that have nothing to do with Parts, then you are on hold for 17 min just to get a question answered, and the service Dept. have no clue.

The service department has the worst customer service, slowest turn around time, and most excuses I've ever encountered with ANY dealership! Never again!!!
