- Erik Dingvall9월 17, 2012Nice staff in the hotel BUT why this bad American design throughout the hotel. Denmark is famous for design - learn from it. Here is my tip: explore the city, it is amazing and do it by foot.
Jim Crawford12월 3, 2014Good hotel. 36 Euro from airport. Exec Lounge had beer, wine, hot food in the evening and good breakfast. Room was comfortable and clean. TV had many English channels. Friendly multilingual staff.
Mark A4월 18, 2015Very nice hotel! Loved the lounge and bar area. Great and polite staff. A bit of walk from central Copenhagen, maybe 10-15 min. Free wifi in lobby not in room.
Waterfront front rooms are lovely. Such a great view. Breakfast menu in the room is limited with just eggs on offer (?!?!). Other than this, it's a clean and friendly hotel. 10 mins walk from centre- Nathalie Dumon6월 8, 2013Dissapointed about the lack of free wifi in the lobby and terras. Food was great. Ask for the watermelon with coconut and mint salad. The concierge was very helpful and friendly.

- Great lounge. Decent location though no local neighborhood nearby (just offices, hotel and train station). Rooms big for European standard. Recommended
A 10 minute walk down the promenade brings you to a fantastic shopping mall and IMAX cinema.

Front desk has obvious lack of hospitality training. Rude. No interest in guest service. Not a great location.
