    Atmosphere is inmate but not awkward. Tried the tasting menu and was just the right amount of food. Every dish but dessert was topped with a coarse ground salt, which we felt overpowered every plate.

    Trust Nick Rancone with your wine pairing. Also, their house-made pastas (especially the cavatelli and the gnocchi) are stellar!

    The beverage pairings are top notch — they find less-known choices that are fantastic! Letting them run with the tasting menu & pairings is always a great choice.

    Unsung, CT might be the best it's ever been right now. Chef Boemer is killing it in the kitchen and owner, Nick Rancone is one of the best FOH people in town.

    Amazing place. I had no idea this place existed. Life is better knowing I found it! Locally grown, menu changes with seasons...such a great calm, classy, well done business.

    Do the chef's 5 course tasting. Everything was excellent, and it was nothing I would have tried otherwise.
