Chris Griner6월 21, 2017Staff were very friendly and helpful, hotel slightly dated but one part has been renovated. - Gökçe9월 3, 2012I like that hotel so much. It's just 10 minutes with tram to the city. The rooms are modern. I would suggest that hotel to everyone who wants to visit Zurich.
Good location, near to public transport. Quality isn't typical Crowne Plaza level. Room 1517 wraps around a store room, so expect to hear the squeaky floorboards a lot when housekeeping are at work.

Service staff friendly. Rms clean. Rms small but comfy enough. Walking distance to tram stn n Migros/Coop supermkt.
Rooms in the block "1" have been refurbished and have shower rooms. Rooms in block "2" are slightly older and have baths with a shower attachment. Try and upgrade to a deluxe room

Orta seviye bir otel, odalar küçük ama temiz. Havuz ve fitness var. Şehir merkezine önünden geçen 2 numaralı tramvay ile gidersiniz- Be careful of the steel handle bars in the shower area. Especially while soaping. Can b painful!

Guido Oswald11월 13, 2012Conference rooms are small and not so nice. No free wifi if you are not staying in the hotel - not even a slow line. Expensive parking (at least there is a maximum of 16CHF if you attend a training)

- typical European small. Had good start here, friendly service , too bad swimming pool is empty
