    They've got every machine you could ever need. Lots of free weights. A cool studio to stretch in. And some serious eye candy when you need some motivation to keep going!

    They've got the friendliest front desk staff! Always have a smile and a greeting for me when I come in to the gym...no matter what time of the night! They make a mean smoothie too!!

    Open 24 hours!!! Great for night owls like me who need to work out all the crazy stress in my life before I can even HOPE to fall asleep. Reasonable membership price too. Totally worth it!

    Check out the yoga class with Olga. She's awesome! Plus most gyms that are cheaper usually don't offer classes. Boom has a bunch of different classes that run everyday. I recommend the yoga!!!

    Try a vanilla protein-strawberry-banana-peanut butter smoothie. I know it sounds weird, but it's delicious! Great after a workout and especially before returning to this hot, HOT weather.

    This gym is open 24 hours during the week! This is great for me because my job forces me to work CRAZY hours!!! And I love having a place to go and unwind and get rid of my excess energy.

    Love Crunch but wish this location had more morning and evening yoga. And also stronger hairdryers!

    Super affordable upper east side gym. If you're looking to use a treadmill or elliptical, prepare to wait unless you go after 8:30pm or so. Weekends are great - no crowds!

    Love the HUGE selection of dumbbells and free weights they have! Crazy high weight! I've been trying to take myself to the next level for a while now. I can finally start doing it!

    Just had a free introductory training session with Lou Anne. She kicked my butt...but in a good way! Signed up for 10 more sessions with her. Can't wait to start seeing the results!

    LOVE that they have free towel service and all amenities in the locker rooms! This way I can do the gym thing in the AM without having to lug everything to my job. Very convenient!

    If you're looking to start bulking up but in a healthy way - train with John. He's crazy knowledgeable about EVERYTHING when it comes to lifting and getting bigger.

    Over all great gym, they could clean a bit more often! If you have dust allergies go elsewhere. Boom, please clean your floors often, then you'll get 5 stars from me!

    For the price, it's the best deal in town. Place is clean, people at the desk are always pleasant and helpful and it's open 24 hours!

    Try a Skinny Elvis at the smoothie bar. There's lots of protein in it...plus it's YUMMY! It's a great guilt-free treat after your workout.

    They have dumbbells up to 110 lbs. And a decline bench! The only gym that I know of in the city that can say that! I LOVE this place!!

    Clean gym, good equipment. Open 24 hours on weekdays and a very cost effective option compared to other gyms in the area.

    Check out Omar. He's really helped me improve on the speed bag and heavy bag! PLUS I really dig working with him on the pads. My punching power has increased tenfold.

    Staff and trainers are all so nice, gym gets crowded at rush hours but still great. Train with Omar he's the best!!!

    Try boxing with personal trainer Joel! I love putting on the boxing gloves and hitting the pads! It makes me feel super strong and confident.

    The best part of personal training with Melissa is the stretching/massage session afterwards. It feels SO GOOD! Made all the hard work worth it! She's got some insane exercise routines!

    this place may be cheap, but they make up for it with their absolutely asinine membership cancellation process. hand written letters to a PO box in Arkansas via certified mail. no big deal.

    Early mornings or late evenings are the prime hours to go, otherwise there aren't enough machines. But the gym is extremely affordable.

    Long lines during rush hour. The gym lockers are very narrow. Most gym bags won't fit in them.
