Aidan O2월 10, 2018Positives: Friendly staff, the place is huge and there’s no shortage of equipment.Negatives: crappy towels that are only available at the front desk, sauna users wearing full gym gear, wtf.
Deoderant is never a requirement at the gym its a CONSIDERATION. With that being said... Let's be courteous now people.
Easy parking, large facility... Great option if you have a car and life in the southern neighborhoods of SF
Best time to go is 6am. Don't need to wait for a machine and you don't get distracted by people u know.
Nice and empty at night, even in January. They're also on classpass. Win and win.
If you don't get yo' sweat on in John L's spin class, I don't know what will. Arrive 30 mins early. His class fills up FAST!
Cardio Tai Box, Jackie is the best!! awesome workout twice a week and she teaches other classes!

Nice gym, but trainers watch you like hawks trying to get you to sign up for training sessions. It can get annoying.
This is a damn good place to find yo fitness. If you’re down to be flexible come after work and compete with the finest for a machine but I’ve never had any problems getting a good tune in.
Mon-Sat 10am-9pm Sun 11am-7pm Ask for Opening Enrollment Special Mention Mahogany from Embarcadero SF Location- They seriously needa invest in tinted windows. I ain't down with people watching me work out from outside.
