Sara10월 12, 2022For 5stars hotel one expects better experience!! Bathroom curtain was dirty.Had to call room service ask for things repeatedly! & although in a non-smoking room you’ll still smell smoke through AC👎🏼

They really need to up their game. This place gone seriously downhill over the past 6 months.
