The bike trails in Cherokee Park are amazing. You can ride for hours and never repeat the same trail.
I've ridden enough laps around the soccer fields at Seneca, that I've probably gone to California and back by now.
This is the place for lap swimming. Staff is very friendly, and the pool is usually not crowded between 9:00 - 3:00. I'm up to 3/4 of a mile now.
