Jim Y.8월 4, 2011Careful of their nickel and dimeing. I haven't even checked out yet and already have nearly doubled the nightly rate with fees. Resort fees (a fee for staying here), parking, etc. Plan ahead for this!

The customer service here stinks staff members aren't on the same page with policies. Cleaning staff is a joke .. The pool and beach access is beautiful other than that this place is not worth it.
Tabitha1월 4, 2014Do not recommend this place. Employees are very rude, no valet and found unspeakables under the bed and the housekeeping manager yelled at me, said wasn't there before. Oh and won't return money.

People do like to get in the pool at night. Mold and smelly rooms. We were booked for a king and got 2 doubles. Just skip this place.
