Bao-Tran Ngo10월 12, 2013I was in the bathroom at the same time as two dumpling wrappers. They just waved their hands under the water and that was it!!!! I hope they really wash their hands before they go back to wrapping!
Shrimp and pork spicy wontons - mix it well! Personally prefer those over the soup dumplings.

!!Amazing!! The Juicy Pork Dumplings are killer :) and the Shrimp Rice Cake was yummy yum yum. I'd recommend this place to anyone.
The dumplings, of course - and the beef noodle soup, shaved ice...it's all good here!
This place is amazing, can’t stop ordering. Rice cakes are from another world!
You gotta try the truffle dumplings at least once! Also the pork and pickled veggie soup.
Favorite dish hands down, spicy shrimp & pork wontons! String beans are a must too

Taiwanese rice cakes, bean curd soup, and garlic green beans are the reasons I go here. Not crazy about their dumplings.

Deborah8월 14, 2011If you think the xiao long baos are the best here, then you obviously haven't tried them at Long's noodle house or Chen's in Vancouver. At Din Tai Fung their pork dumplings are below average.
The original xiao lung baos are the best! For a sweet twist, order the taro dumplings for dessert.
Dont order everything at once. You will get flooded with great food getting cold because it comes so fast.

In Asia is better but good enough for Bellevue since it lacks of good international Asian cuisine.dumpling, noodle all freshly made! Yummm

Have always loved this place but lately beginning to feel its over-rated. The juicy pork dumplings are still great, the other 8, not so great :(
