Great staff. Business friendly, and catering was exceptional! Bistro staff and bartenders are very welcoming. (Even when your teams playing their Bengals!)

Late night staff is very helpful and friendly but overall staff has issues keeping things straight and following through on their services. I travel every week and I rate it high for location and room

Go to The Bistro and have India make you an old fashioned. It’s one of the main reasons I stay at this hotel when I’m in Cincy.

Not highly recommended. Rooms are very nice but housekeeping starts knocking on your door by 7AM and morning and afternoon customer service at the front desk could use some training.

We just won "Best Dessert" at the Taste of Blue Ash competition! Come by our booth this weekend, or stop in The Bistro for our award winning Blueberry Ice Cream Pie.

I stay in hotels over 100 nights per year and this hotel has the best staff by far.
