Excellent concierge service. Beds are incredible. This place is just an instant mood enhancer. Not as many on-premise activities as I thought, but they'll point you in the right direction.
Ask for a table with a view. While you wait, go downstairs to hopefully get a glimpse of glassblowing in action.
