    Vanessa & her staff are wonderful! The only yoga center with Anti Gravity yoga, they will be incorpaorating Pilates soon, if you have ANY type of injuries they accomodate you to ensure your safety.

    Only studio on LI that has anti-gravity yoga. First month is $40 or $20 per drop in. Best promotional deal I've seen. Great staff, clean studio.
