Hotel is great! But beware, there are at least 2 copy cat hotels also named Espencen. This is the one with the green sign and the phrase - your home in Hanoi. Nice.

Good as a budget hotel, walking distance to Ho Guom Lake. Free internet+wifi.

Prices in the Lonely Planet are outdated: the prices are higher. Not much value for money. Room was oke, but water pump was making a lot of noice! No breakfast.
