Know what terminal you are going to before getting on the shuttle. So many people seem to be surprised when asked that question...
They have a battery charger for the unfortunate times when your car does while you are gone. Love this place!- If you are running late, let them know, and they will make your terminal a priority

Slow slow slow. Leave pleny of time for them to get you to the airport as the circle their lots trying to stuff one more person in
